Primary Responsibilities:
  • Management of ongoing and planned technical projects.
  • Responsibility for managing the staff assigned to the projects, their technical and functional deliverables and their overall performance.
  • Will provide feedback and recommendation promoting or terminating staff as applicable.
  • Manage software releases and release debriefings.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Regularly review customer needs and translate them into actionable technical recommendations, including writing technical specifications, design and scope requirement documents.
  • Responsible for timeliness of project completion. Track project progress and address delays in an effective manner.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience.
  • Excellent grasp of software development technologies, concepts, and processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows technologies.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field
